About Chimay:
Chimay beers are produced using 100% natural products and a process of top fermentation followed by refermentation in the bottle. They are neither filtered nor pasteurised. In 1862, the Chimay monks of the Abbey of Scourmont brewed their first beer, respecting the monastic traditions of natural brewing and top fermentation followed by fermentation in the bottle. Chimay is still brewed on site at the abbey, which guarantees its authenticity and quality.
