It is characterised by its spicy aniseed and liquorice flavours, superbly complemented by full-bodied caramel notes. Despite its robustness, McChouffe is surprisingly smooth.

Aroma: The nose is filled with herbal aromas, propelled by a strong alcohol content. Aniseed and liquorice take the centre stage, beautifully complimented by a smooth notes of caramel
Taste: Though the beer has an inviting scent,. its taste is surprisingly mild, with impressions of hints of tree fruit such as pears. The beer is not outspokenly bitter and gives you a long warming finish
